American Private Security has been a great company to work with. Since the first day I arrived here in June they have been very helpful with helping me enforce the community rules and getting the community back from the tenants who thought they were in charge. When myself or any tenant calls the dispatch they always come promptly and the reports they give daily really help out allot. I would recommend them to any property with or without problem's they know how to handle them with authority while still being very professional with residents and the office staff.

I had the opportunity tonight to observe one of your employees, Fabian, in action at the Breezewood Village Apartments in Suisun City. I was impressed by the proactive contact he made and additionally the professional manner in which he handled the contact. He contacted 3 subjects, including 2 minors, who were in possession of alcohol. Quite honestly, I am used to seeing the drive-through security officers from other companies simply make a run through a property without taking the time to find persons breaking the complex rules or laws. As the Beat Coordinator responsible for the central service area of Suisun City, which includes the Breezewood Village, I am pleased to have Fabian at this property. This is especially true considering the crime problems we have had in and around this complex.

The Resident called to compliment and thank us for dealing with the situations there so well on Halloween night. The gang element was such a huge threat that was handled very effectively.

Officer XXXXXXXXXX did an outstanding job today at Baldwin. An Oakland Fire Dept. fire truck approached Baldwin Gate code 3. This vehicle did not have clearance to be on property and Officer Brown assisted in detaining that vehicle. The Lt. with the fire department was adamant about gaining access and Officer Brown literally stood in front of the vehicle holding it up while awaiting authorization that was repeatedly denied by command post. This is the type of officer that I expect at every event & am glad to say it is the service that for the most part I have been receiving from American Private Security. Please express my appreciation to Officer XXXXXXXXX.
